Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Implement ZDHC-compliant chemical purchasing, inventory management, and traceability systems.
- Maintain and utilize the ZDHC Chemical Inventory List (CIL) and Material Inventory List (MIL).
- Generate, interpret, and improve ZDHC InCheck performance results.
- Develop and implement an effective Chemical Management Strategy (CMS).
- Establish safe chemical storage, handling, and exposure control practices.
- Create and manage SOPs, documentation, audits, corrective actions, and training programs.
- Manage chemical waste, wastewater, and sludge in compliance with environmental requirements.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for non-conformities.
- Calculate VOC emissions and utilize the ZDHC Air Emissions Module.
- Understand and report Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions using ZDHC tools.
Prerequisite
Learners should have any one of the following to sign up for this course:
- Chemical Management Fundamentals course certificate
- Chemical Management Fundamentals Exam only certificate
- Valid certificate of any one of the following courses:
- CMS TIG Training
- CMS TIG Refresher Training
- Top 10 Best practices
If you do not have either of the above, you will not be accepted into the training course.
